  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (if applicable)

We work with trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery.

Local Pickup (Miami Area)

Local pickup may be available for customers in Miami, Florida.

You will receive instructions once your order is ready.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our work, policies vary depending on the type of product.

Original Artwork

All original artworks are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on original pieces.

Functional Art Products

(Accessories, apparel, home items, etc.)

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or commissioned pieces
  • Final sale items
  • Used or damaged items (not caused by shipping)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the item and packaging

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund (if applicable)

4. Return Process

If your return is approved:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective)
  • Items must be securely packaged
  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
